I

Need someone to talk to.

Oh, and I got the lead in the play. I guess that's good.

So I am leaving in a couple hours for my winter retreat a couple hours north in Wisconsin. I can't wait! I am in desperate need of spiritual refreshment. I also am frickin excited for tubing down the huge hill and accross the frozen lake! =D
I just hope that I can focus on what God wants to tell me.

I am seeing Switchfoot in April. I'm pretty stoked about that! 6th time...

Other than that, I really have nothing to say to the no one who reads this. Bye!

Mother Trucker.

What the heck. Unnecessary drama has developed. Why does drama never end? It is like when you go through a rare period of drama-free-ness, and you're just starting to love it, an issue is born.
I just hope that I don't end up hurt and heartbroken by this. I'm sick of hurting.
Lord, please take it into Your hands.

Hello All.

It's been awhile. How is everyone? (and yes, I do want to know)

I, for one, have had the best month ever. This has been the perfect way to start the new year fresh. I have found a group of friends to hang out with that is completely drama-free, and so incredibly entertaining. We have all hung out almost every day of the past few weeks. And the best part is, I have finally been seeing the resolution to a one-year-long friendship problem. God is gracious!

I have persevered through my healthy eating plan, and so far I have lost 8 pounds. This is quite the accomplishment, considering I've never made it this far. I feel great! In the past I would get headaches practically everyday, but since I stopped drinking pop, I have only gotten one headache(I think it was only from lack of sleep). I have been able to play the length of an entire basketball game without feeling like I am giong to fall over(speaking of which, we finally won a game! WOOT!).

In other news, I chopped at least 6 inches off my hair. I haven't had hair this short since I don't know when. My hair is about collarbone length.

Oh Eight.

Well I suppose I should update this thing.

I am so sleep deprived right now, but it is SO worth it! I have had probably the best break ever, and that is definitely what I needed. I was hating senior year, and I still am, but this was a good break.

New Year's Eve I went to a friend's house to hang out with a small group of people and ended up staying up till 6am. Our party consisted of a dance party, playing Guitar Hero and Boxers or Briefs, eating, eating, and drinking virgin margaritas. They were good, but full of sugar. I don't think I could handle them if there was alchohol in them, I could barely handle them as they were! That's probably a good thing...

The rest of break has consisted of lots of hangouts that usually ended between 12 and 4am. Good times. I have to admit that I slept until 1pm today because I think sleep deprivation is starting to attack my health. I feel like crap. But like I said, it was all worth it.

I have started eating healthy as of today. My frind simply stopped eating junk food, and lost 8 pounds in 5 days. That makes me jealous. So here I go! I have the worst caffiene withdrawl headache right now, because I think this is the first day in 3 years that I haven't had Diet Coke. This is going to be a hard one to pull off...

Fa ra ra ra ra, ra ra ra raaaaaaa.

Yep. It's pretty depressing that it's all over. Although, to me, Christmas still feels like it hasn't happened yet. I never really got into the mood of the whole thing. Even watching Christmas movies ALL DAY on Christmas eve, and listening to RK's christmas cd, my Happy Christmas Vol. 4 cd, and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and then jamming to Christmas tunes on my guitar didn't help. Oh well, I had a decent Christmas, even though it was spent at home with just my immediate family.

I did, though, start a new tradition. My whole family absolutely LOVES "A Christmas Story," and in honor of that movie, we went out for Chinese on Christmas Eve. I am perticularly happy about this, considering that Chinese food is my favorite food in the entire world. There is this gourmet chinese place in town that sells really REALLY high-quality, delicious chinese food. YUM.

Oh boy, was I wrong about this band. I saw The Rocket Summer a few years back with Kelly, and we both hated them...but now Kelly likes them, and the other day she introduced me to their Do You Feel album. I bought it, and have been listening to it non-stop. Half the songs are already in my top 25 most played songs in my Itunes. Haha.

Yayuh.

I just found out last-minute that I'm going to the Punk the Halls tour this friday! It's at a super-sweet small venue that I saw The Elms at way back. It is the Jesus Alive Coffee House, and it is literally a coffee house. No bigger than your average Caribou Coffee. Heck yes. =D

Hmmmmmmmmm...

So today I have the day off, and have no idea what to do. This has been happening to me alot lately, which gives me the hint that I have no life. I would gladly appreciate suggestions to avoid this boredom that occurs way too often. And playing solitaire on my Ipod doesn't count.
